	Barry Dennien Chief Executive Officer Formerly the Executive Director of Regional Planning and Policy for the Queensland Water Commission, Barry was responsible for the Water for today, water for tomorrow – South East Queensland Water Strategy, draft 2008 and system operation plans for the new Water Grid. Barry has 25 years’ experience in water industry operations and planning, and a successful track record of managing commercial enterprises in the tourism, construction and primary industry sectors.
	Dr Nicole Davis Director of Operations Dr Nicole Davis is a scientist with more than 18 years’ experience in the water industry - primarily in the control and management of both water and sewage treatment and network operations. Nicole provides a high level of operational advice regarding water quality, treatment and network operations. Nicole joined us from ActewAGL in the Australian Capital Territory, where she was the Water Operations Manager. Her role with us builds on the extensive strategic, logistical, leadership and capability development experience that Nicole gained in her previous roles. Nicole’s doctorate research focused on nitrogen cycling in the Murrumbidgee River downstream of a wastewater treatment plant.
	Susan Middleditch Director of Finance and Corporate Services Susan came to us from Commerce Queensland, where she was General Manager of Internal Operations. Susan is an accountancy graduate and Certified Practising Accountant. Susan has international experience as a senior policy advisor with New Zealand Treasury, has held accounting roles for a range of businesses and worked at senior executive levels of government in Queensland, with a focus on major infrastructure projects. Susan is a graduate of the Mt Eliza Business School and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
