Applying for information

The Water Grid Manager is committed to providing the community with open and transparent access to information about its services, activities and business operations. Access to this information is provided in many of our corporate documents, which are available through our publication scheme.

While we proactively release information to the community about our activities, the Right to Information Act 2009 provides a formal means of requesting access to information held by us that is not normally publicly available.

The Information Privacy Act 2009 provides you with the means to access your personal information and to ensure this information is accurate, complete, up-to-date and not misleading.

Note: the process for making a Right to Information application or an Information Privacy application replaces the previous Freedom of Information process.
