How to access information
Information about the Water Grid Manager's services and business operations is provided in many of its corporate documents, which are available through our publication scheme.
Prior to submitting a formal application for access to information, it is recommended that you contact our Right to Information Officer for assistance and advice.
To access information in relation to our organisation, you will need to make a formal application under the Right to Information Act 2009 or the Information Privacy Act 2009 (if it relates to your personal information) by completing the Right to Information and Information Privacy Access Application form and sending it to our Right to Information Officer.
Your application must:
- be in writing on the approved form
- provide an address to which a notification of our decision may be sent
- provide sufficient information about the documents sought so that documents can be easily identified, for example reference number, document type, date etc.
- be addressed to our Right to Information Officer
- include your $38 payment of application fee if the information requested is non-personal in nature
- include with the required identification documentation (or may be provided within 10 business days of the application being lodged).
