The Queensland Government is undertaking structural and regulatory reforms to water supply arrangements in South East Queensland.

The South East Queensland Water Market is the wholesale exchange for the supply of Declared Water Services to the Water Grid Manager and the sale of this water by our organisation.

The South East Queensland Water Market is made up of Grid Participants, who are:

• a Grid Service Provider, Grid Customer or Distribution Service Provider in accordance with Schedule 4 and section 1162 of the Water Act 2000
• a person who is registered as a Grid Participant on the Register of Grid Participants under section 2.14 of The Market Rules SEQ Water Market.
